【摘要】 本文报道了138例初诊甲亢患者,48例甲减和60例慢性肾功能衰竭病人血清TT₃、TT₄、FT₃、FT₄（RIA）及TSH-IRMA的测定值。甲亢患者FT₃、FT₄、TSH值分别为30.82±14.50、53.08土18.03pmol/L,TSH为0.27±0.69mIU/L。与对照组比较有极显著性差异（p<0。001）,甲减病人与对照组比较,FT₃、FT₄、TSH有极显著性差异（p<0.001）;慢性肾功能衰竭病人与对照组间FT₄有极显著性差异（p<0.001）,TT₄、TT₃有显著性差异（p<0.01）。我们认为TSH-IRMA、FT₃、FT₄测定值对诊断甲亢、甲减以及慢性肾功能衰竭的诊断均有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The serum levels of TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4 (RIA)and TSH-IRMA were measured in 138 cases of untreated hyperthyroidism,48 cases of hypothyroidism and 60 cases of CRF.In hyperthyroidism group, serum FT3, FT4 and TSH levels were 30.82±14.50,53.08± 18.3 pmol/L ando.27±0.69mIU/L respectively very marked significant difference between the hyperthyroidism group and the controls (p<0.001).In hypothyroidism group, serum FT4, TT4 and TSH levels also showed a very remarkable difference between the diseased group and the controls (p<0.001). Serum FT4 levels demonstrated a highly significant difference between the CRF group and the controls(p<0.001),while TT4 and TT3 levels showed a significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.01).We suggest that measurement of serum TSH-IRMA, FT3, FT4 levels be very useful in the diagnosis of hyperthyridism, hypothyroidism and CRF.更多还原
