【摘要】 本文报告我院1994年11月～1995年11月应用放射免疫分析法测定了246例胃液胃痛抗原。结果显示对胃癌诊断的敏感性为82％,特异性70％。胃癌的胃液胃癌抗原测定与非胃癌、癌前病变及良性病变比较,有明显差异。经卡方检验分别为x~2=62.446,P〈0.01,x~2=44.375,P〈0.01及x~2=78.055,P〈0.01,提示胃液胃癌抗原的检测对胃癌诊断有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 We studied 246 specimens of gartric juice MG-Ag with RIA.The clinical sensitivity of the test was 82% and specificity was 70%. The results obtaimed in various qroups (l.cancervs all non-cancers 2. precancerous vs benign lesions 3. cancerous vs precan-cerous lesions) as treated with Chi square test were: x2=62.496 P<0.01 x2 = 49.375 P<0.01 and x2 = 78.055 P<0.01 respectively.
