碳含量对Fe─30Ni─20Cr─6Mo铸造合金元素偏析和耐蚀性的影响

【摘要】 研究了Fe-30Ni-20Cr-6Mo铸造合金中微量元素C对合金元素偏析和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,当C含量低时(0.017%C),合金为单一奥氏体组织,合金元素偏析程度小,在HCl中耐蚀性较好;提高C含量(0.06%C),合金中Cr、Mo、Cu、Si的偏析程度明显增加,并形成了M6C型碳化物.因而合金耐蚀性大大下降。

【Abstract】 The effect of carbon content on element segregation and corrosion resistance of the cast alloy Fe 30Ni 20Cr 6Mo has been investigated. The results showed that, when carbon content was equal to or lower than 0.017%wt, the structure of alloy was single phase of a ustenite and the segregation degree of alloying elements was low resulting in a high corrosion resistance in HCl aqueous solution; while the carbon content raised to 0.06%wt, the segregation degree of alloying elements Cr, Mo, Cu, Si increased obviously and carbide M 6C was formed in γ matrix, resulting in a low corrosion resistance.
