131I生产中控制放射性碘排放量的最优化分析
AN OPTIMIZATION ANALYSIS FOR REDUCING RELEASEOF RADIOIODINE IN CIAE
【摘要】 本文根据辐射防护最优化原理,应用代价一利益分析方法,对中国原子能科学研究院131I生产中已实施的各种放射性碘废气治理方案进行了最优化分析。文中计算了每种方案的年防护代价和年集体有效剂量,并得出;主排风管道上安装小型活性炭过滤器加热室内安装废液衰变延迟装置加工艺尾气碱吸收系统的方案为最优化方案。
【Abstract】 This report presents a retrospective optimization analysis for the various radioiodine off-gas treatment programmes that have been used to reduce 131I releases in CIAEThecost-benefit andlysis is used as the procedure of optimization.Annual protection costsand annual collective effective dose equivalent ofvarious optivens are calculated in this feport.The optimized option recommended is a small charcoal fliter + radioiodine liquid was.store tank+an alkali absorber of off-gas.
