青果中氨基酸成分的测定
The determination of amino acids in Canarium album Reausch
【摘要】 用日立835氨基酸自动分析仪测定了青果中氨基酸的种类和含量,共计18种,其中包括其它植物中较少有的牛磺酸.氨基酸总量为4.45mg/g生药.
【Abstract】 The content of amino acids in Canarium album Reausch was determined by 835 Hitachi amino acids analyser. The result suggests that it contains 18 kinds of amino acids including taurine which was seldom found in other plants. Total amount of the amino acids is 4. 45 mg/g.
