一种杆状病毒及其与细菌对两种养殖对虾的致病性
Studies on Pathogenicity of Bacuioviral and Bacterial Infections In Two Species of Shrimp
【摘要】 近几年来,养殖对虾发生了严重流行性虾病,经对病虾肝胰腺、胃、肠、鳃等部位进行超薄切片电镜观察和分离提纯,发现有大量杆病毒和细菌感染。超薄切片显:病毒粒子短杆状、两端钝圆、具羹膜、大小约250—310mm×90—110mm,提纯的核衣壳大小约300—320mm×70mm。将粗提纯的病毒和细菌口饲感染健康的日本对虾和长毛对虾,可同时引起对虾发病死亡,病毒感染8天后引起的死亡率分别是50%和41.7%,病毒与细菌共感染8天后的死亡率比前者高。这些结果说明:所分离的杆状病毒是日本对虾和长毛对虾的共同病原,在它们之间具有流行性,而细菌与这种病毒对虾体的共同侵染,造成更高死亡率。
【Abstract】 Both bacteria and particles of a non-occluded baculovirus with a membrane were observed in the explosive epidemic disease of shrimp. The virions were detected in the following organs:hepatopancreas.digestive tubes,gil, but the bacteria were found to infect mainly hepatopancrestic cells. Under the electron microscope, virion syapes short bar with blunt circle al two sides,the average size is 250-310nm× 110nm. Negatively stained nucleocapsids were 300-320nm×70nm in size,Healthy penoeus japonicus and p-peraoflotos were infected by feeding with mked preparation of bacteria and virions or by feeding with isolated virions. The artificial infection demonstrated that isolated baculovirus and bacteria are the pathogens shared by P. japonnicus and P.penicillatus,the mked infection is more dangerous for cultured shrimp.
