【摘要】 在白羽瘤头鸭纯系选育的基础上,采用不完全双列杂交法,对4个杂交组合的肉用性能和繁殖率进行配合力分析。结果表明,各组合10周龄体重特殊配合力差异极显著,从中选出最优杂交组合R₀×F₀。该组合10周龄公母鸭体重（3 760 g和2 301 g）、料肉比（2.91和3.01）、羽毛生长速度（60—65 d长齐）、屠体品质、成活率（97.93%）和繁殖率已达国内外白羽瘤头鸭的先进生产水平。经推广应用生产性能稳定,经济效益显著,因而R_b和F_c系为最佳父母本。更多还原

【Abstract】 The trial based on the selection of the pure lines of White Muscovy ducks was conducted to analyse the combining ability among 4 cross combinations in meat performance and reproductive rate by means of incomplete diallel crossing. The results showed that, there were significant differences in special combining ability of body weight at 10 weeks of age among these combinations, and the optimal one, Line R_b×F_c, was selected out, its body weight of male and female (3760 g and 2301 g, respectively), feed conversion ratio (2.91 and 3.01, respectively), feather growth rate (feather grows completely in 60-65 days), carcass quality, livability (97.93%) and reproductive rate had reached the abvanced production level of Muscovy ducks both at home and abroard, the production performance was stable and the economic benefit was remarkable in extension and application, so R_b and F_c lines were the optimal parents.更多还原
