【Abstract】 Scanning electron microscopic observation on the vegetative cell, spores and parasporal crystals from 8010 strain of Bacillus thuringiensis was conducted. The relationship between the morphology of the crystals from B. thuringiensis and the specificity to insects were discussed. The biochemical characteristics of 8010 strain were analysed and compared with that of other strains. Pathogenicities of six different B. thuringiensis preparations from Swit., US and Hubei, Hebei and Fujian provinces of China were tested and compared with 4-5 instars larvae of Bombyx mori as test insects.更多还原
