Bt8010菌电镜观察、生化反应及对家蚕的致病力测定

【摘要】 本文描述了苏云金杆菌8010菌株(简称Bt8010)营养体、芽胞和伴胞晶体在扫描电子显微镜(SEM)下所看到的形态特征,并讨论了伴胞晶体的形态与其杀虫特异性的关系;再对8010菌的生化反应特性进行了鉴定与比较分析;并以4—5龄家蚕幼虫为供试虫,对来自瑞士、美国及我国湖北、河北和福建省的6种苏云菌杆菌制剂进行室内致病力的测定与比较。

【Abstract】 Scanning electron microscopic observation on the vegetative cell, spores and parasporal crystals from 8010 strain of Bacillus thuringiensis was conducted. The relationship between the morphology of the crystals from B. thuringiensis and the specificity to insects were discussed. The biochemical characteristics of 8010 strain were analysed and compared with that of other strains. Pathogenicities of six different B. thuringiensis preparations from Swit., US and Hubei, Hebei and Fujian provinces of China were tested and compared with 4-5 instars larvae of Bombyx mori as test insects.
