激光粒度测量中的传感器设计方法
A Design Method of Photodetector in Laser Particle Sizer
【摘要】 对一种同心圆环式的光电探测器的设计原理进行了理论分析，提出了器件环带的设计依据，推导出了设计公式。
【Abstract】 A kind of the concentric circular photodiodes array is discussed.Via theoretic analysis and derivation,the principle and procedures of design of the detector are proposed,and obtain expressions for the design.
