快速燃烧方法制备超细Cu/ZnO/Al2O3催化剂及其在CO2与H2合成

【摘要】 采用快速燃烧方法制备了超细Cu/ZnO/Al2O3催化剂.考察了制备参数对催化剂的结构和性质的影响.在脲与NO-3摩尔比为0.26、预置反应温度为500℃时,制得了分散度较好、颗粒较细的Cu/ZnO/Al2O3催化剂,其粒径和比表面分别为16nm和93.5m2·g-1.制备参数对CO2与H2合成甲醇反应中催化剂的催化性能有显著的影响.对制备过程和机理亦进行了较为详细的讨论.

【Abstract】 Ultrafine Cu/ZnO/Al2O3 particles have been prepared by fast combustion method. The effects of preparation condition upon the properties and structures of the catalysts have been studied. The catalyst with better dispersion and smaller particle size have been prepared at defined starting temperature about 500℃ and molar ratio of urea and NO 3 about 0. 26. The particle size and specific surface area are 16. 0 urn and 93. 5m2/g separately. The preparation parameters have evident influence on catalytic properties of the catalyst for methanol synthesis from hydrogenation of carbon dioxide. The process and mechanism of preparation of Cu/ZnO/Al2O3 are also discussed thoroughly.
