【Abstract】 A balanced operational amplifier used in MOSFET-C continuous-time filter is presented. The merits and desining methods of this operatonal amplifier is discussed in this paper. The use of common-mode negative feedback technique leads to a very high CMRR characteristic.The circuit was fabricated in a standard 3μm n-well CMOS technology.更多还原
