【摘要】 作者测定了241例早期新生儿和33例成人的血清钙(Ca)、磷(PHOS)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP),并分析了各指标的相互关系.结果显示:早期新生儿和成人血清Ca分别为2.50±0.29mmol/L、2.54±0.30mmol/L(P>0.05);早期新生儿男女血清Phos分别为1.82±0.53mmol/L、1.95±0.53mmol/L(P<0.01),成人血清Phos为1.14±0.15mmol/L(P<0.01);早期新生儿和成人血清ALP分别为95.6±32.1 IU/L、54.7±13.8 IU/L(P<0.01)。早期新生儿血清Ca与PHOS相关(P<0.05);血清ALP与Ca和PHOS无关(P>0.05).早期新生儿血清ALP与孕周和日龄呈负相关(P<0.050).结果表明:早期新生儿血清Ca和PHOS浓度不受ALP活性变化的影响;早期新生儿可以依靠从母体和自身来源的Ca、PHOS来维持血中Ca与PHOS的暂时平衡,然而生后必须及时补充外源性Ca和PHOS。更多还原

【Abstract】 Authors reported that serum calium (Ca) Phosphate (PHOS) and alkaline Phos-phokinase (ALP) were measured in 241 normal full term newboms during first week after their birth and 33 adults; that differences and connections of these parameters were compare and analysed. Results showed serum calcium was 2. 50±0. 29 mmol/L、2. 54±0. 30mmol/L in newboms and adults respectively ( P >0. 05);serum Phosphate was 1. 82±0. 53 mmol/L, 1. 95±0. 53 mmol/L in male and female newboms respectively ( P <0.01) ; serum Phosphate was 1. 14±0. 15 mmol/L( P <0. 01) in adults;Serum ALP was 95. 6±32.1 IU/L.54. 7±13. 8 IU/L in newboms and adults respectively ( P <0. 01) . There was a plus correlation between serum Ca and PHOS ( P <0. 05),and yet there was no correlation between serum Ca PHOS and ALP ( P >0. 05) and there was a minus correlation between gestational age,days after their birth and serum ALP in newboms ( P <0. 05). All this suggested that nornal tull term newboms marnmaintain a temporary balance of serum calcium and Phosphate by means of Ca PHOS from maternal skeleton and their bone;senum calciun and Phosphate are nor affected by serun ALP during the first week after their birth,though timely Ca PHOS intake is necessory.更多还原
