【Abstract】 24 cases small cell malignant tumors (SMT), histologically, all tumors had similar patterns, it is difficulty to diagnosis. We studied them by transmission electron microscope (TEM). Ultrastructural findings show: mesenchymal tumors (n=7), neuroectodermal tumors (n=3), No Hodgkin’s Lymphomas (n=3), neuroendocrine carcinomas (n=4), amelanomas (n=2), Ewing’s sarcomas (n=5).
