超微颗粒吸收与散射截面

【摘要】 本文导出了微波吸收材料的超细吸收剂颗粒的吸收与散射截面公式,对不同形状的羰基铁粉、超细铁粉、碳粉和铁氧体超细粉的两种截面作了数值计算,以便分析吸收剂颗粒形状对材料性能的影响.结果表明,对四种颗粒其吸收截面要比散射截面几乎大十个数量级;对前三种颗粒,片形和针形颗粒的吸收截面要比球形的大,片形和针形二者又以片形为大;对铁氧体,由于其磁导率在所计算的频率下(9GHz)小于1,使得片形颗粒的吸收截面反而比针形和球形的稍小.

【Abstract】 Relationships between the scattering as well as absorption cross sections and polarizability of sphere-,needle-,disc-shaped dielectric-magnetic lossy particles of microwave absorbing materials are given in this paper. Calculations of the cross sections of carbonyl iron, ultrafine iron, ferrite and carbon particles have been carried out. The results show that the absorption cross sections of these particles are almost 1010 larger than their scattering cross sections. The absorption cross sections of disc- and needle-shaped carbonyl iron, ultrafine iron and carbon particles are larger than the absorption cross sections,of sphere-shaped particles. While ultrafine ferrite particles don’ t show this phenomenon, because its permeability becomes smaller than 1 in 9GHz frequency range.
