【Abstract】 The transient characteristics of the indirect-coupling photodetector workng in four different regions are reported. When it works in the peak region, the response time is shortened and a new internal current gain is produced. Thus the peak region demonstrates its great value.We have also discussed the experiment result and concluded that the internal current gain is greater than 1 when operatinng in the peak region.更多还原
