拉浆负极用粘合剂的研究
Investigation of the binders in the slurried MH electrode
【摘要】 采用拉浆工艺生产MH-Ni电池负极,工艺简单,价格便宜,利于连续生产.从拉浆贮氢负极工业化大生产的工艺可行性出发,并基于常用的粘合剂(PVA、MC、CMC等),研究了四种不同种类的粘合剂:1~#——PVA(2.5%),2~#——MC(2.5%),3~#——PVF+CMC(2.5%),4~#——PVA+CMC(2.5%);探讨了粘合剂种类及用量不同时对拉装工艺和电化学性能的影响.考察电池的泄漏情况、内压情况、循环寿命和自放电性能等综合水平,表明4~#粘合剂具有良好的流动性和连续性,其用量在15%~20%时对循环寿命和自放电性能最为有利.
【Abstract】 The slurry technology used in producing MH negative is characterized as simple,low price and capable of successive manufacture. With the technological feasibility and adopted commonly,four kinds of binders were researched. 1#-PVA(2. 5%);2#-MC(2. 5%);3#--PVF+CMC(2. 5%);4#--PVA+CMC(2. 5%). On the basis of multiple valuation ofthe battery performance with respect to leakage, internal pressure, cycle lif e and self-discharge rate.it is determined that binder 4# has good fluidity and continuity properties and the 15%-20% dosage of it is most favourable to the battery’s cycle life and self-discharge.
