补硒对克山病病区居民红细胞免疫粘附及调节功能的影响

【摘要】 为探讨红细胞免疫与硒水平的关联,86例克山病病区青少年分成3组,每日分别服硒酵母或亚硒酸钠200μg或普通酵母片12周后,测定其红细胞硒含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、红细胞免疫粘附(RCIA)功能、血清RCIA调节功能和循环免疫复合物(CIC)含量。结果表明:两补硒组红细胞硒含量和GSH-Px活性明显提高,同时红细胞C3bR花环率明显升高,血清RCIA花环抑制率明显降低,但补硒对IC花环率、花环促进率和CIC含量无明显影响。以上说明,病区居民RCIA活性低和血清RCIA抑制因子高均与低硒有关,补硒可使之恢复。本文结果还表明,以红细胞硒含量、红细胞C3bR花环率和花环抑制率为指标时,硒酵母硒相对生物利用率大于亚硒酸钠硒。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the correlation between red cell immunity and selenium (Se)level of residents in a Keshan disease affected area,eighty-six youths were divided into three groups,and they were given orally 200uuuuuuug Se daily as Se yeast or as sodium selenite,or ordinary yeast for 12 weeks,respectively. Their red cell Se contents and activities of glutathione peroxidase(GPX) ,red cell immune adherence (RCIA ) functions, serum RCIA regulative functions and circulating immune complex (CIC) contents were determined at 12 week after Se supplements. The results showed that red cell Se contents and the GPX activities were significantly increased,at the same time,the rosette formation rates of red cell C3bR were significantly enhanced and the rosette for mation inhibitory rates of serum RCIA were significantly reduced in both of Se supplements; butno effects were observed for the rosette formation rate of red cell immune complex,the rosetteformation promotive rate of serum RCIA and contents of serum . The above-mention facts indicate that reduced RCIA activities and increased serum RCIA inhibitory factors are all related to Se-deficiency of residents in the affected area,and it can be restored after Se supplement. The results also demonstrate the relative bioavailabilities of Se as Se-yeast is greater than as selenite when using red cell Se contents, rosette formation rate of red cell C3bR or rosette formation inhibitory rate of serum RCIA as the response criteria.
