【摘要】 应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)对我国各生态型鼠疫菌进行检测,结果被试的37株鼠疫菌扩增产物经琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析均呈现单—DNA带,其分子量大小与预期结果相符合。而假结核菌、结肠炎菌等均未见扩增带。10cfu即可产生阳性反应,仅耗时4h。表明本法快速、特异、敏感,可用于各生态型鼠疫菌的快速诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using PCR method examinated Y. pestis of different ecotypes in China. The amplified products of 37 strains of Y. pestis showed a single DNA band through agarose gel electrophoresis, and the size of molecule was corresponding to the desired result. When Y. pseudotuberculosis ,Y. enterocolitica were detected under the same condition no amplified fragments appeard. The sensitivity of the procedure is 10 cfu,and the whole course needed less than 4h. Therefore it is a speedy,special,sensitive method and suitable to the rapid diagnosis of Y. pestis of all kinds of e-cotypes.更多还原
