5ns YBCO/LaAlO3薄膜微波延迟线
A Superconducting Delay Line with Delay Time 5ns
【摘要】 采用φ35mm的YBCO/LaAlO3薄膜制备出了微波延时5ns的超导微带延迟线。测量了延迟线的插损、延时和相位特性。在77K,1GHz、5GHz、10GHz的插损分别为0.14db/ns、0.55db/us、1.2db/ns。描述了器件设计考虑,讨论了影响器件性能的主要因素。
【Abstract】 A superconducting microstrip delay line with delay time 5ns has been developed using YBCO/LaAlO3 thin film of 35mm - diameter. Its insertion and phase have been measured at 77K. The insertions at 1GHz, 5GHz and 10GHz are 0. 14db/ns, 0. 55db/ns and 1. 2db/ns respectively. The design is designed. The factors of influence on the performence are discussed.
