新型类环状流冷凝蒸发器的开发和研制
The Development and Research of the New Type of Condenser-Evaporator with Quasi-Annular Flow
【摘要】 根据微膜热虹吸两相流传热强化机理,在150m3/h制氧装置上首次采用类环状流新型冷凝蒸发器替代烧结多孔表面管冷凝蒸发器,使得冷凝侧和蒸发侧总传热温差仅为1.16K~1.25K,其性能达到目前最为优越的烧结多孔表面管冷凝蒸发器的水平.同时.使冷凝蒸发器的重量和体积均减少1/3,制造成本每台节约2万多元.使用新的冷凝蒸发器后.氧气产量达到175m3/h,各项指标均超过原有150m3/h制氧装置的设计指标.
【Abstract】 A new type plate-fin condenser-evaporator section on metre in length was constructed and testeed to study its heat tranfer perfromance.A new type of plate-fin condenser-evpoiator with quasi-annular flow was also designed and tested.The experimental results show that the overall temperature difference of condensing and boiling heat transfer of the condenser-evaporator is only 1.20K at heat flux of 8000W/m2.It would be a substitute for tube-type condenser-evaporator with sinterd porous surface tubees inair seperation plant and also for the current plate-fin condenser-evporator.
