磁性杂质效应与稀磁合金中的准电子质量
MAGNETIC IMPURITY EFFECTS AND QUASIELECTRONS MASS IN DILUTE MAGNETIC ALLOY
【摘要】 本文基于Andersons-d混合作用和s-d交换作用,建立了一个新模型,利用Green函数方法,定量地研究了磁性杂质效应在充分低的温度下,对稀磁合金中传导电子比热和准电子质量的影响.
【Abstract】 Abstract In this paper, based on Anderson’s s-d mixing interaction and s-d exchange interaction,we established a new model, studied the influences of magnetic impurity effects on the specific heat of conduction elections and quasi-electrons mass in dilute magnetic alloy at enough low temperature by using Green’s function method.
