【摘要】 本文利用激光拉曼光谱研究了Ｌａ替代Ｓｒ对Ｂｉ－２２０１相材料的微结构和氧含量的影响．实验表明，随着Ｌａ含量的增加，体系中额外氧增加，晶体的结构畸变加剧，晶格的无序程度增大．本大利用调制的晶格失配模型对这种由Ｌａ替代Ｓｒ所造成的结构畸变行为进行了讨论．更多还原
