PrBa2Cu3O7-δ膜的电阻率和热电势
RESISTIVITY AND THERMOELECTRIC POWER OF PrBa2Cu3O7-δ FILM
【摘要】 在77K到300K的温度范围内测量了PrBa2Cu3O7-δ薄膜的电阻率和热电势.通过用变程跳跃(VRH)和近邻跳跃(NNH)模型的公式拟合实验数据,发现这种材料的电阻率和热电势行为可以用跳跃机制解释.
【Abstract】 AbstractThe resistivity and thermopower of a PrBa2Cu3O7-δ film is measured from 77K to 300K. By fitting the data with variable-range- hopping and nearest-neighbor- hopping formula, it is shown that the behavior of resistivity and themopower can be well understood in terms of the hOPPing mechanism.
