【Abstract】 Based on the projects of East China Electric Power Grid (ECEPG) in 1996, the necessity and possibility of the switching-off operating mode of 220kV inter-provin-cial tie lines are analyzed. After the comparison of several switching-off schemes,the best switching-off mode, i. e., simultaneously switching--off all of these inter-provincial tie lines, is confirmed. Furthermore, how to solve the existing problems is suggested.更多还原
