【摘要】 目的：观察关节松动术治疗膝关节强直的临床疗效．方法：４６例患者用关节松动术和肌力训练为治疗组；对照组２５例患者，只用肌力训练治疗．结果：治疗组患者膝关节活动范围为（１００．４０±２５．７２）度，对照组为（８２．１４±２１．２５）度，两组差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）．结论：关节松动术治疗膝关节强直疗效较好，膝关节活动范围的改善越明显，其功能恢复越好．病程愈短．更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of arthrobysis on mobilization in knee. Methods: Forty six patients, as the experimentals, were treated with both mobilization and muscular contractility training, while 25 patients, as the controls, were treated only with muscular contractility training. Results: The movable degree of knee was 100.40±25.72 in experimental group, and 82.14±21.25 in control group. The difference was very significant ( P <0.01). Conclusion: Mobilization secures better therapeutic effect on arthroclisis in knee. The more obviously the movable degree of knee improves, the more satisfactorily the function recovers. The shorter the term, the better the therapeutic effect.更多还原
