树脂小球对不同渗透率组合油层封堵试验研究

【摘要】 在自制的组合地层岩石模型上,模拟了大庆油田的非均质油层状态,进行了树脂小球与油层渗透率匹配关系以及不同渗透率组合油层封堵试验。结果表明,树脂小球进入油层的深度受熟化时间及油层渗透率双重因素的影响,对大庆油田来讲,小球的熟化时间为4~10h。超量顶替及反吐不会影响封堵效果;混合树脂小球也适用于报废井的全井封堵处理。

【Abstract】 Block experiments have been conducted on the physical models which have heterogeneity of Daqing oil field, the experimenial results show that both curing time of sealer and permeability of rock will affect blockage depth of abandoned well treatment, and curing time of four to ten hours applying epoxy resin ball sealer is suitable for Daqing oil field.It is possible for Daqing oil field to treat abandoned wells with the mixture that is comprised of epoxy resin ball cealers with different curing times.
