双单板机在机床进给系统的自适应控制中的应用
Adaptive Control of Servo System of Machine Tools Using Double Single Chip Microcomputer
【摘要】 本文论述了改变进给电机的速度来满足恒功率切削实现自适应控制的问题。提出了用主轴异步电动机作为功率传感器,配合功率调节器在典型的双环调速系统中附加一个外部反馈电路,并采用非线性的前馈控制来保证系统的稳定性的方法。根据系统的结构,提出了用双单板机的数字控制方案,并在立铣上进行了初步试验,结果表明该方法是合理的,可行的。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the realization of adaptive control changing the revolution of servo motor for constant power cutting ,describes a method of complementing outer feedback loop in typical velocity control system with double loop,using power regulator and spindle asynchronous motor as power transducer. To keep stability of system,nonlinear feed-forward has been used. According to the system construction,a NC method using double single chip microcomputer is adopted . It is proved that this method is feasible and reasonable after making experiment in milling machine.
