用于处理造纸污泥的流化床燃烧新技术

【摘要】 分析了不同水份造纸污泥的可用能及燃烧可达的理论燃烧温度,详细研究了造纸污泥在流化床中的失重,密度及粒径的变化,水份蒸发和挥发份的析出过程.在0.5MW大型流化床试验台上进行了造纸污泥与煤的混烧试验表明,采用异重流化床将造纸污泥与煤混烧是完全可行的,达到较高燃烧效率,污染物排放中除二氧化硫外均低于国家规定排放标准,而二氧化硫在流化床中可加入石灰石进行脱硫,因此用流化床方式焚烧造纸污泥是一种较为理想的处理方法。图9表3参4

【Abstract】 Abstract The available energy and the theoretically attainable combustion temperatureof paper mill sludge, with different water content, is analytically presented and itsagravity state in fluidized beds, density, granule size changes, the evaportion process of water and the diffusion process of its volatile ingredients studied as well.Mixed combustion experiments of paper mill sludge and coal in a large 0. 5 MWfluidized bed test rig show, that it is quite possible to fire a mixture of paper millsludge and coal in a differring gravity fluidized bed, attain a relatively good efficiency with low emission of pollutants, except sulfur dioxide, which can be removed by addition of lime stone, Thus, combustion in fluidized bed is guite good away of disposing paper mill sludges.
