烟气中SO_x、NO_x的净化方法及效果的试验研究
Experimental Studies of Ways and Effectiveness of Removing SO_x and NO_x in Flue Gas
【摘要】 通过理论分析和试验研究发现,将锅炉排污水喷入锅炉尾部烟道时对烟气中SOx、NOx的净化具有良好的效果。当排污水占锅炉蒸发量的4%~5.5%时,脱硫效率可达到17.02%~57.37%以上,脱氮效率可达13.40%~39.43%以上。排污水的喷入量和喷水方式对脱硫、脱氮有显著的影响。图3表3参5
【Abstract】 Abstract Theoretical studies and experiments show that injection of boiler blow down into the rear flue channels of boilers has a beneficial effect on the removal of SOx and NOx When blow down amounts to 4%~5. 5% of the boiler’s evaporation capacity, sulfur removal may exceed 17.02%~57. 37% and that of nitrogen more than 13.4%~39.43%. The amount and the way of injection has a marked influence on the removal of sulfur and nitrogen.
