小麦及缺体小麦与黑麦杂种幼胚愈伤组织在长期继代中的染色体数量变异

【摘要】 对中国春及其6A缺体与黑麦杂种幼胚愈伤组织在长期继代培养过程中愈伤组织的染色体数量进行了统计分析,结果表明:中国春×黑麦和6A缺体×黑麦杂种幼胚愈伤组织在继代培养的前60d内细胞染色体数目分别稳定在2n=28和27;随着继代培养时间的延长,其染色体数量均发生变异主要表现为染色体数的减少;在第420d至540d培养期间两个组合愈伤组织丢失染色体的细胞比率明显增加,同时也发现了个别超出正常染色体数的细胞。第540d后的愈伤组织染色体数量变异基本维持在这一水平。

【Abstract】 The variation of chromosome number in cells of calli cultured for longer time from immature embryos of combinations between Chinese Spring or its 6A nullisomlc and rye was studied. The results show that the chromosome number of callus cells of CS ×rye and 6A nullisomic ×rye are 2n=28 and 2n=27 respectively after cultured for 60 days. The chromosome numbers of them varies remarkably as the cultured time was enlonged, the variation focuses on the decreasing of chromosome numbers. The frequencies of cal-lus cells in which their chromosomes lose increase remarkably during the 420 to 540 day culture, but some excess chromosome number cells were also obversed seldom.
