磁处理对玉米幼苗自由基清除系统的影响

【摘要】 试验用场强为0.1T、0.14T、0.18T的磁场或磁水处理玉米(ZeamayL.)。发现二、三叶期幼苗中,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氨酶(CAT)活性增高,谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量增加,丙二醛(MDA)含量降低,提示磁处理在一定程度上消弱了玉米幼苗的脂质过氧化作用.

【Abstract】 Corn(Zea may L.)seedling was treated in magnetic field and with magnetized water,of which the magnetic intencity was 0. 1 T、0. 14 T、0. 18 T respectively. Leaves and roots were collected randomly at the stages of two and three leaves seedlings for testing respectively. The results showed that both the activity of SOD and CAT and the content of GSH in the corn seedling were increased by the magnetic field and magnetized water.In contrast,the content of MDA was decreased. Therefore,magnetic treatment can alleviate the lipid preoxidation.
