副流感病毒治疗小鼠腹水型肝癌、小鼠肉瘤S180腹水瘤的实验研究
Studies on parainfluenza virus immunotherapy of ascitic tumor in mice
【摘要】 副流感病毒─Ⅱ型治疗小鼠腹水型肝癌Ｈ２２、小鼠肉瘤民Ｓ１８０腹水型荷瘤小鼠，经体内实验观察，将小鼠接种腹水瘤次日，采用腹腔注射副流感病毒─Ⅱ型，连续６天，存活率达１００％。
【Abstract】 Present report concerns the study on the treatment on H22 and S180 ascitic tumor in mice with Parainfluenza Virus strain. The virus was given in 24 hours after transplantation of ascitic tumor cells. In S180 the survival rate after 2-month observation was 100% in 3 experiments treated with Parainfluenze virus: in H22 the survival rate after 2-month observation was 100% in 3 experinients with Parainfluenza virus. The mechanism of virus therapy will be reported later.
