【Abstract】 A method leading to sin pltaneous separation and detection of vitamine C as well as several purine bases has been dse-eribed. Determination of these analytes can be accomplished within 12min using C18column at 40℃, methabol/H2OC(10: 90) as the mobile phase, followed with DAD detection at 230nm. This metod poddesses the advantages of easy operation, effective separation, good reproducibility, and satisfactory linear range.更多还原
