【Abstract】 The article introduces Catch Licence Data Base Network System which was formulated from the management experiences of this country and other countries. The system can be served to form a computer communication network for Dalian fisheries management agencies and as a basis for the nations fisheries management information system. It is aimed to enhence, step by step, the capability of maccro regulating and macro control of the existing fisheries management facilities, so that optimum economic and social benefits finally be acquired in fishing production. The system has passed a survey during a appraisal meeting held at the end of last year. Experts considered the system is the first in carrying out Catch License management with computer and remote communication in this country. Experts further confirmed that the system improves work efficiency and management level.更多还原
