含水量和粒度对粉粒状物料流动性的影响
INFLUENCE OF WATER CONTENT AND GRAIN ON FLUIDITY OF POWDERY GRAINED MATERIAL
【摘要】 本文应用力学的有关原理,采用休止角、压缩率、刮铲角和均一系数法,对硅酸盐工业生产中常用的粉粒状料进行了流动性测定。定量地研究了料中的含水量和料的粒度的变化对粉粒状料流动性的影响,为在一定的条件下,提高粉体和粉粒状料的流动性提供某些定量的数据和依据.
【Abstract】 The fluidity of the commonly used powdery grained materials in silicate industry has been measured by using angle of repose,compressibility,angle of scrape and shovel and homogeneity coefficient method.The water content of materials and the effects of grain size changes on the fluidity of powdery grained materials have been quantitatively studied,These results provide useful data for improving the fluidity of powdery grained materials under certain conditions.
