(HgCd)Te探测器激光保护的一种新方法
A New Way to Protect the(HgCd)Te Detectors from Powerful CO2 Laser
【摘要】 理论计算和实验都表明(HgCd)Te具有很强的Franz-Keldysh效应。利用Franz-Keldysh效应,可以使(HgCd)Te探测器的光吸收产生电致偏移,对10.6μmCO2激光辐射由不吸收状态转变为吸收态,并进而为远红外(HgCd)Te探测器提供一种有效的光过荷保负方法,文中提出了这种基于Franz-Keldysh效应的光探测器激光保护新方法。分析了该方法的激光防护原理,给出了实验结果。
【Abstract】 Theoretical calculation and experiments show that Franz-Keldysh effect has significant strength in mercury - cadmium- telluride(MCT ).The Franz - Kdldysh effect may be used to electrically shift the absorption of the(HgCd)Te photodiodes from nonaborbing to adsorbing states for 10.6 μm radiation and,furthermore,Provide useful method by which the infrared (HgCd)Te detectros can be protected from optical overload.A new way to protect optical detector from powerful laser based on Ftsnz-Keldysh effect is described.The principle of protection is analysed,and the experimental reuslts are discussed.
