模块式面铣刀合理几何参数试验研究
The Test Study of the Reasonable Geometrical Parameters for Mold Block Face Milling Cutter
【摘要】 根据作者已有的研究成果[1],铣削合金钢时,面铣刀破损服从对数正态分布规律[2]为基础,针对主要影响面铣刀破损寿命的四个几何参数,采用正交试验设计方法,进行了优选的试验研究,获得了合理的几何参数。
【Abstract】 The optimum seeking test study is carried in this paper according to the result writer has researched:when milling cutters are used for milling alloyed steel, the general distributions of the damages to the cutters are in accordance with logarithmic normal distributions.In view of the four geometry parameters mainly effecting the damage life of face milling cutter.the reasonable geometrical parameters were obtained by means of the normal experiment.
