等离子弧焊自动控制器的研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了一种小孔法等离子弧焊双参数微机控制器。它以小孔电压作为检测对象,以焊接电流和焊接速度作为被控对象,采用微机进行实时控制,具有灵敏度高、灵活性好、结构简单、与焊机控制部分联机自动化程度高、操作方便等优点。工艺考核表明:控制系统允许焊接规范参数有较大的波动范围,并能降低对工件装配质量的要求。

【Abstract】 A micro-computer controller of two-parameter for keyholing plasma arc welding(PAW) has been introduced in this paper. The controller which takes keyhole voltage as checking object, welding current and welding speed as controlled objects, utilizes micro-computer for performing real-time control. It has many advantages, such as high delicacy and mobility,simple structure, high automaticity and convenient operation with the controller of welding equipment etc. Experimental results have shown that the controlling system allows welding parameters in a larger scope and can lower the demand for setting quality of weldment.
