单片机在定子绕线机中的应用

【摘要】 本文介绍了定子绕线机的基本组成和主要技术指标，重点描述了ＭＣＳ－５１系列单片机控制系统的工作原理和软件流程图。定位伺服放大器作为进给驱动，定位精度可达到３６０°／１０００，电机主轴旋转速度连续可调
【Abstract】 The paper introduced the basic composition and main specification of stator coil winding machine. and mentioned mainly the control system of MCS-51 single chip microcomputer andsoftware flow chart.The positioning servo amplifier drives the system and position accuracy reaches 0.36°.The speed can be adjusted continuounsly.
