【摘要】 用原子吸收光谱法测定了陕西省彬县克山病病区病户、非病户和非病区礼泉县对照户人发锌和铜含量。结果表明：病区病户和非病户低硒居民发锌和铜含量无显著差异，两者与非病区对照户的差异也不显著；３组儿童或成人发锌和发铜含量分别比较也均无显著差异。研究提示，克山病病区低硒居民发锌和铜含量与非病区相似，并达到文献报道的我国农村居民的水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The atomic absorption spectrophtometric method was used to measure hair Zn and Cu cor- tents of residents from both the Keshan disease(KD) and non-KD households in the endemic area, Binxian,and the control household in the non-emdemic area,Liquan,Shaanxi Province. The results showed that therewere no significant differences of hair Zn and Cu contents between rexidents in the KD and non-KD house-holds in the endemic area,both the hair Zn and Cu values of the two groups were similar to those of the resi-dents in the control households of the non-endemic area ,and no remarkable differences were found in the hairZn or Cu contents of adults or children among the 3 groups investigated. The study demonstrates that the hairZn and Cu levels of the low-selenium residents in the endemic area are comparable with those of the non-en-demic area,and reach the values reported for the residents in the rural area of China.更多还原
