【摘要】 采用不同年龄的长白落叶松硬枝和嫩枝插穗在全光自动喷雾条件下扦插繁殖,试验结果表明:在长白落叶松扦插繁殖中存在着明显的年龄效应和位置效应,来自于小年龄母株、树冠下部的插穗具有较高的生根能力,2～3年生的插穗生根率均在90%以上;对插穗采用一定浓度和时间的植物激素及稀土化合物处理,将会不同程度地提高扦插生根率;在长白落叶松小北湖种源10年生优良家系的优株中采穗并嫁接,其2年生嫁接苗插穗间生根率差异显著,嫩枝插穗好于硬枝插穗,其中048、072无性系表现最好,嫩枝扦插生根率均达到90%以上;长白落叶松扦插苗移栽的最佳时间为8月中旬;其 ABT 生根粉(3)和稀土化合物处理可提高移栽苗成活率达90%以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using automatic mist system outside,the propagation of Larix olgensis b softwood and hardwood cuttings in different age was carried out.The results are as follows:there are significant age and position effects for the cuttings of Larix olgensis.The cuttings came from the young mother trees and the lower of the crowns have higher rooting ability and better root quality.The rooting rate of the cuttings in 2 or 3 years old is all over 90 percent;compared the results with control(cuttings without any treatment),the rooting rate of the cuttings,that treated by several growth hormones and rare-earth chemical compounds for different hours in different concentration,can be improved in various degrees;the propagation of the grafts from good families at Xiaobeihu provenance shows that wide variation can be observed among different clones in rooting rate.In the same clone,the softwood cuttings root is better than the hardwood.Moreover, some clones have higher rooting rate such as 048、072;the optimal transplanting time for the seedlings is in the middle of Augest.The seedlings soaked in 100 μg/g ABT(3)and 300μg/g rare-earth chemical compounds have gotten more than 90% survival rate.更多还原
