高温熔体体积质量及表面张力测试新方法
New Method of Measuring Density and Surface Tension of Melt
【摘要】 根据阿基米德原理,设计新式沉锤模型,建立了双柱联称法同时测定熔体的体积质量及表面张力的新方法.并用此法首次测定了高硼镁熔渣的体积质量及表面张力.测定无水乙醇室温(20℃)的体积质量及表面张力值与文献值符合,表明此测试方法原理科学,实验装置简便易行,数据重现性好,准确、效率高,是目前较好的熔体性质测试方法
【Abstract】 A new type of hammer model was designed in term of Archimedes principle. A new method of double cylinder continous measurement was developed with which the density and surface tension were measured at the same time. By this method the density and surface tension of melting boron magnesium rich slags and absolute alcohol (20 ℃) were measured respecitively. It proves that the new method of measurement is one of the best ones and is characterized by reasonable principle,simple instrument,repeatable results,accuracy and high efficiency.
