氢传感法测定熔融铝中氢含量的研究

【摘要】 采用固相合成法直接合成CaZr0.9In0.1O3-a,用交流阻抗谱技术,在869~1300K温度范围内,空气气氛下测得其电导率为10-4~10-2s·cm-1.制得CaZr0.9In0.1O3-a固体电解质管,以含H2的标准气为参比电极,组装成氢浓差电池.Fe含H2标准气|CaZr0.9In0.1O3-a|[H]alFe并构成氢传感探头,研究其对熔融铝中氢含量的传感特性.实验证明:该传感器响应迅速,并显示出稳定的电动势值.

【Abstract】 Direct synthesis method was used to prepare CaZr0.9In0.1O3-a. The complex impedance measurement shows that the conductivity of this electrolyte was 10-4 ̄10-2scm-1 at the range of temperature 8691300 K in air. The hydrogen probe was made by using. CaZr0.9In0.1O3-a as solid electrolyte,standard H2 mixture gases as reference electrode. Galvanic cell used could be expressed as Fe,standard H2 CaZr0.9In0.1O3-a[H]Al,Fe. The experiments show that the H2 sensor exhibits stable electromotive force and fast response time.
