含B2O3高MgO炉渣组成对熔渣体积质量及表面张力的影响
The Effect of Composition of Boron-Magnesium-Rich Slag to Volume Mass and Surface Tension
【摘要】 用化学试剂氧化物配制合成宫硼渣,在ZC-1600型综合测试仪上,用双柱联称法同时测定富硼渣熔体体积质量及表面张力.体积质量在2.5±0.5g·cm-3范围,表面张力在0.4~0.6N·m-1范围内变化.二者均随渣中MgO量的增加,或随SiO2量的减少而增大,随温度的提高而减小.
【Abstract】 The Volume mass and surface tension were measured on a ZC-1600 Multimeasurement by the method of double-cylinder continuous measure. The volume mass changed in the range of 2.5±0. 5 g·cm-3while surface tensionin the range of 0.4 ̄0.6 N·m-1. The slag specimens used were prepared by some chemical reagent. The volume mass and surface tension increased with the increment of quantity of MgO in slag,or the decrement of quantity of SiO2,and decreased while the temperature increased.
