管材无模拉伸壁厚变化规律实验研究

【摘要】 对管材无模拉伸时壁厚变化规律进行了实验研究.研究结果表明,管材无模拉伸时,管材壁厚之比(tf/to)、内径之比(Dif/Di)、外径之比(Dof/DO)以及(1-R1/2(R断面减缩率)彼此成正比.且当相对厚度(to/Do)足够小时,其比例系数 K1,K2,K3均接近于1.另外,冷热源间距对管材壁厚变化也有影响.

【Abstract】 Variation of wall thickness during tube dieless drawing has been studied by experiments.From the results of experimental study,it has been found that the ratio of wall thickness is directly proportional to the ratio of inter diameter and the ratio of outer diameter and the value of(1-R41/2.(R4-reduction of area),re- spectively.When the ratio of to/Do is small enough,the value of tI/to is approximately equal to Dif/Di,Dof/Do and (1-R41/2.,separately.Besides,the length between heating and cooling apparatus has influence on variation of wall thickness.
