电子自旋探针技术研究填充改性聚氯乙烯(PVC)链段运动
ELECTRON SPIN PROBE STUDY OF THE SEGMENTAL MOTIONS OF POLYMERS
【摘要】 采用电子自旋探针技术对加入珠光云母和云母填充改性聚氯乙烯(PVC)的链段运动行为-玻璃化温度Tg及旋转活化能Ea进行研究.实验表明:电子自旋探针HONO在本体系中的刚性极限谱为6.86mT;自旅旋转相关时间在10ns左右,属慢旋转运动范围.并从各ESR谱得:增塑的聚氯乙烯(PVC)玻璃化温度Tg下降;对硬制品以加167mg/g(即20份)增塑剂为宜;珠光云母聚氯乙烯的Ea较低,优于目前大量生产的碱式碳酸铅珠光聚氯乙烯;云母填充改性聚氯乙烯随填充量增加,其玻璃化温度Tg上升,活化能Ea增加.填充量为167mg/g时.加工及使用等综合性能最佳.
【Abstract】 Electron spin probe teclmology is used to study segmental motion behavior of periatohcMica / PVC and Mica / PVC. The glass-transition temperatures Tg (or T50G) of the various PVC sampleswere obtained by means of 2A’  ̄ T curves.The apparent active energies Ea of the segmental motion ofPerlatotic Mica / PVC and Mica / PVC have been given by Arrhenius equation,T.=TR’ OeEa /RT. TheTi (or T50G) would decreasing when DOP was increased in the PVC. The segmental rotational active energyof Perlatotic Mica / PVC is lower than one of 2PbCO-3Ph(OH)-2PVC. Following the coca increased, theboth of Tg and Ea of the Mica / PVC could slowly rise. Experimential results shown that the used properhes of PVC would be excellent if the content of 167mg’ g-1 (20 part) of coca is ben kept.
