Al4C3弥散强化铝
DISPERSION STRENGTHENED Al-A14C3 METERIALS
【摘要】 采用反应球磨技术制备了Al4C3弥散强化铝,其性能由弥散相的含量及制备工艺参数决定,碳含量的最佳范围是2~5%(重量百分比)抗张强度高达620MPa,尤其具有良好的热稳定性
【Abstract】 Dispersion strengthened Al-Al4C3 materials were prepared by using the reaction milling technique. The properties of these materials are determined by both the content of dispersoid and also the production paramenters. The optimum range of carbon content is 2 ̄ 5%. Excellent tensile strength (620MPa) and hardness, especially good thermal stability can be achieved.
