【摘要】 加入6mg·g(-1)Nd的非晶Ti_(80)Si_(20)合金,在550—700退火1h后,可形成Ti_3Si基体相与弥散分布的α—Ti颗粒组成的纳米复合材料.X射线及电子衍射分析表明:在晶化过程中,初始析出相为小颗粒的α-Ti,随后析出主相Ti_3Si和少量Ti_5Si_3,但未见稀土相形成.用高分辨电镜研究了Ti_3Si的亚晶结构.

【Abstract】 nano-composite containing a-Ti and Ti3Si phases has been produced by annealing the as-quenched amorphous Ti80Si20 alloy containing 6mg g(-1) Nd.The detailed crystallization behaviour of the amorphous alloy,which produced by using an arc-melting piston and anvil apparatus,has been studied.After the amorphous alloy was annealed at 550t for 1h,fine particles with an average grain size of 20nm,which were identified to be β-Ti,precipitated in the amorphous matrix. However,the eutectic precipitation of Ti5Si3 and β-Ti was also observed in the thicker samples.The orientation relationship between β-Ti and Ti5Si3 can be written as:[111]β-Ti [001]Ti5si3 and(110)Ti5Si3 The alloy has completely crystallized after annealing at 600℃ for 1h,the eutectic microstructure was not detected. HREM observations revealed that high density of a-Ti fine particles exist inside the predominant Ti3Si phase.The Ti3Si grains have an average size of about 0.5-2μm.However,each Ti3Si grain was consisted of many nanoscale subgrains with an average size of about 40nm,and a significant strain existed in the subgrain boundary regions.The formation mechanism of the Ti3Si subgrains has been discussed.
