甜玉米籽粒的营养品质及影响因素
Quality Aspects of Sweet Corn Kernels and the Influnces of Environmental Factors (Review)
【摘要】 本文综合大量国内外研究文献,详细介绍了甜玉米籽粒的营养品质特点(包括碳水化合物、蛋白质、氨基酸及维生素等)以及主要营养成分在籽粒中的积累动态。同时还就甜玉米来后营养品质的变化,基因型、环境条件及栽培措施等因素对甜玉米籽粒营养品质的影响进行了分析。
【Abstract】 In this paper, studies on the quality aspects including carbohydrate, protein,amino acids and vitamins, the accumulation of carbohydrate and protein in kernels were given a detailed introduction and the quality changes after harvest and the influnces of genotypes, weather conditions, cultivations and storage methods on the quality of sweet corn was reviewed.
