【摘要】 １９８７～１９９６年确诊主动脉夹层动脉瘤６例。主要临床表现：恶心、呕吐，急腹症状及有高血压病史。其ＣＴ表现：主动脉内膜瓣片为一薄层而且略弯曲的线样结构。增强后主动脉腔内可见弧形线状低密度影，可显示真腔和假腔；及钙化的内膜向内移位、腔内栓塞更多还原

【Abstract】 cases of mural anurysem of aorta were diagnosed during 1987～1996. The chief Clinical symptoms were nausea, vomiting, hypertension and signs of acute abdomen C T findings were enlargement of the diameter of the aorta, an semilunar area of low density in the lumen of the aorta and more evidence after enhancement injection.
